  Outstanding Piece of Land in Hanazono

North Hills is the best high end subdivision in the area, and is adjacent to Hanazono ski area, golf course and future village. Properties here are highly sought after. This elevated block is probably one of the best in North Hills, and the Japanese vendor is keen to sell.

305-7 is larger than most blocks being 1,525 sq metres (approximately 461 tsubo). The listed price of 66,000 JPY per tsubo is a fraction of the land price in nearby Hirafu village, for example.

This land is close to the well-known Freedom Inn, although there is a buffer strip of land between them. The standard services including sewerage are available, and fibre optic internet has just been made available to houses in this area.

We have sold many blocks and some houses in this area recently. Most buyers like the thoughtful building code which means houses have greater setbacks, larger blocks, and no high buildings. Many tasteful properties have been built in the last few years. Clearly this area is one for serious consideration for any potential luxury home owner. With such reasonable land prices, the potential for capital gains is strong.

PCPD’s Hanazono ski area is nearby, within easy walking distance. The Hanazono development is in the final planning stages. During the last two summers enormous infrastructure work has been done in preparation for the South Village, and an extremely high-end display suite has been built.
